After years of working inside universities and helping international students through the (often overwhelming) maze of admissions, visas, enrolment, and compliance rules, I decided it was time to create something of my own. That\u2019s how LFG Education Consulting was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2539\">LFG stands for Learning for Future Growth. At its heart, this consultancy is about helping people move forward in their education journeys with support that\u2019s personal, informed, and practical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2540\">\ud83d\uddd3\ufe0f Official launch is planned for July 2025, but I\u2019m already building connections and sharing resources in the meantime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember2541\">&#127891; From International Student to Compliance Specialist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2542\">Before I worked in the UK university system, I was an international student myself. I know how exciting, but also confusing, it can be to move to a new country for your studies. Between applications, visa deadlines, and figuring out what documents go where, it\u2019s easy to feel overwhelmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2543\">Over the past few years, I\u2019ve worked in roles at Oxford Brookes, Royal Holloway, University of London, and Vogue College of Fashion, supporting students through every part of their journey. I\u2019ve:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"\">\n<li>Issued hundreds of CAS letters;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helped institutions prepare for audits;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advised teams across Admissions, Finance, Legal and Academic departments;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supported thousands of students at pivotal moments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2545\">I\u2019ve worked with data and policy. But at the heart of it, my work has always been about people: listening, simplifying the process, and helping students feel seen and supported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember2546\">&#128640; Why Start a Consultancy?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2547\">After years inside the system, I saw a gap: Too often, students are treated like numbers. Compliance becomes a checkbox. However, both matter deeply, and students deserve more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2548\">That\u2019s where LFG comes in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2549\">When the consultancy officially launches this summer, I\u2019ll offer:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"\">\n<li>One-on-one support for international students, particularly those interested in applying for courses in the UK, Spain, or Romania;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Step-by-step guidance through applications, personal statements, and visa processes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consulting for universities that want to better support international students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2551\">\ud83d\udc4b For now, I\u2019m starting small: no team, no agency; just me, sharing what I\u2019ve learned and offering early conversations to anyone who needs clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember2552\">&#128161; What Makes LFG Different?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2553\">I\u2019m not trying to be the biggest consultancy out there. I\u2019m focused on being:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"\">\n<li>Helpful: explaining the process clearly;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reliable: offering advice based on real institutional experience;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practical: focusing on what matters for each student or university.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"ember2555\">Because I\u2019ve worked in compliance, I know how to prevent issues before they arise.
