1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between LFG Education Consulting (“LFG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual (“Student,” “you,” or “your”) engaging with our educational consultancy services.
1.2 If the Student is under 18 years of age at the time of contracting, the parent or legal guardian acting on the Student’s behalf is responsible for compliance with these Terms, including payment obligations.
1.3 By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
2.1 LFG provides educational consultancy services including, but not limited to:
- Assisting students in identifying and applying to higher education institutions.
- Advising on study options and admission requirements.
- Acting as an intermediary between students and institutions.
- Supporting both partner and non-partner university applications.
2.2 LFG does not guarantee admission, visa approval, or any outcomes. Final decisions rest with universities, immigration authorities, and relevant institutions.
2.3 Visa application support is limited to guidance. LFG is not a legal or immigration representative.
2.4 Our consultancy fees depend on whether you apply to partner or non-partner institutions, as detailed below.
3. Student Obligations
3.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during all stages of engagement.
3.2 You must adhere to application deadlines and institutional requirements.
3.3 LFG is not liable for application errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
3.4 If you engage in fee-based services, you agree to pay consultancy fees in full and on time, as specified in the service agreement.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Free Initial Exploratory Call
All prospective students are entitled to one free, no-obligation, 15-minute exploratory consultation.
4.2 Partner Institutions
Students applying exclusively to Partner Universities receive free consultation and application support services.
If you withdraw from the service after your application has been submitted, do not enrol, or withdraw shortly after the course start causing LFG to lose commission, you agree to pay a no-enrolment fee of up to €500 (see Section 4.4).
4.3 Non-Partner Institutions
Students applying to Non-Partner Universities must book and pay a €60 strategy call fee before further services commence. If the call is not cancelled with 48 hours notice, it becomes non-refundable.
Additional fees for application bundles or individual services will be communicated clearly in advance.
4.4 No-Enrolment Fee
Students who use LFG services to apply to a Partner University and withdraw from the process after their application has been submitted agree to pay an administrative fee of €250 to cover processing costs.
If a Partner University confirms to LFG that a Student who secured an offer through LFG has either:
- Not enrolled by the official start date, or
- Withdrawn during the first academic term (T1) of the course,
the Student agrees to pay a fee of €500 to cover administrative costs and lost commission.
LFG will notify the Student in writing of the withdrawal/non-enrolment confirmation, and the fee will be payable within 14 calendar days unless the Student provides evidence of exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness).
Exceptional circumstances may be considered as per point 4.5.
4.5 Discretion and Exceptional Circumstances
LFG reserves the right to waive or reduce the no-enrolment fee in exceptional circumstances. Such decisions will be made in good faith and based on objective criteria, including but not limited to:
- Documented medical or personal emergencies that prevent enrolment;
- Significant changes in visa or travel restrictions beyond the Student’s control;
- Other unforeseeable events materially impacting the Student’s ability to enrol.
Any request for waiver or reduction must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of notification of the no-enrolment fee. LFG will respond in writing within 14 calendar days, providing clear reasons for approval or denial.
4.6 Payment Methods
Payments must be made prior to service delivery via approved channels (bank transfer, PayPal).
Receipts and VAT invoices (where applicable) will be provided.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 You may cancel services anytime with written notice.
5.2 The €60 strategy call fee for non-partner applications is non-refundable if the call is not cancelled with at least 48 hours’ written notice.
5.3 Refunds on additional services are possible only if substantial work has not started.
5.4 No refunds after application submission unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 LFG makes no guarantees regarding admissions or visa approvals.
6.2 Visa decisions and institutional policies are outside LFG’s control.
6.3 LFG is not liable for losses due to changes in policies, visa delays/denials, or admission outcomes.
7. Data Protection and Confidentiality
7.1 LFG processes personal data per GDPR (EU & UK) and Spain’s LOPDGDD.
7.2 Data is used solely to provide agreed services and shared only as necessary with universities.

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 You should raise concerns in writing with LFG.
8.2 Unresolved disputes may be escalated per the LFG Complaints Procedure.
8.3 These Terms are governed by Spanish law; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
9. Amendments to Terms
9.1 LFG may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you.
9.2 Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
